Hoynxiu 1-9L/Min Home Oxygen Concentrator ZYJ-004

Unit is very quiet and easy to use. Only issue is this is listed as having 1-9L available however the higher liter options have lower air purity - the 5L option has 40% purity even after running the machine for an hour. Sadly this won’t work for what it was intended for

Setup was straight forward. Turned it on, and no flow ever came out the oxygen output, even when flow set to 9 liters per minute. The maximum oxygen percentage reported on the machine never exceeded 30%. Ran the machine over an hour hoping for better results. Never happened. Model number on the box was AST-608, since some reviews reported variations on the product.

This oxygen system is great! It is very quiet and the screen lights up perfectly so that I can see it and know exactly what flow I’m on. I also really like the child lock feature.It nicely fits on my table and has a handle for easy carrying. I just wish it had a battery so I could use it in the car.

Adding water to the reservoir made it bubble at the nasal cannula. Very annoying to have a wet nose constantly from the water not vaporizing properly.Also the display part should dim for night time use, the light is too bright for sleep.
